Hi I'm Bryan

I grew up in Utah. I served a mission in Arkansas. I'm a father of 3 girls. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the church living in a mainly LDS community. Although around others of the same faith, I still was presented with my own trials and temptations; some were easy to ignore while others were difficult. I had some problems that took years to overcome, but through Heavenly Father, family, and friends I eventually overcame them. I've had multiple construction related jobs in different areas, worked at a fast food restaurant for 3 years and left while I was Assistant Manager. I got called to serve in the Little Rock, Arkansas mission, returning 6 weeks early because of dislocating my kneecap. Soon after, I married a beautiful woman, moved to Northern Idaho, and had 3 wonderful girls. I work at the local grocery store and enjoy hunting.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church and grew up learning all about it. I started off just believing it was true by trusting my parents. As I got older, I started gaining my own testimony. I had an opportunity to visit many of the church history sites, and could feel the Spirit very strong while I was there. On my mission for the church, I had the opportunity to attend different churches with prospective investigators and I didn't feel the Spirit as strongly as when I would attend the LDS Church. I have read and prayed about the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith and know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and that Joseph Smith translated it through the power of God.

How I live my faith

Now that I live in a small town that has few LDS members, I know what it is like to have others look to you as an example of what the church teaches. Everyone I work with knows that I am a Mormon. Any questions that are asked of me concerning my faith are gladly answered. I'm trying to raise my 3 little girls, with my wife, to have the desire to dress modest and to make good decisions.
