Hi I'm Greg

I'm from Montana. I love the outdoors and have the best little family in the world. Oh Yeah!!!! I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I have been married for 13 years and have 2 beautiful adopted kids. These three are the center of my world. We also have a big white dog, a cow, and 18 chickens. I live in in a small town in Montana. I have a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. I love the outdoors and do a lot of hiking and camping with my family. I grew up playing sports and enjoying outdoor sports like rock-climbing, snowboarding and mountaineering. I like to laugh and spend good times with those close to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I really believe God is real and that he cares about me and everyone else in this world. I know he wants us to be happy. When I was 17 I made a real effort to find out if the things I had been taught were true. I had an incredible experience that answered that question. Since then I have tried to pattern my life after our Savior Jesus Christ. I find myself being more kind, patient, loving and forgiving to others the more I follow His example. The older I get the more I realize how short life is. I want to be happy and help others along the way. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints provides me with Spiritual guidance and an opportunity to serve others.

How I live my faith

Well, in our church the normal members like me get asked to do lots of different "callings" I have worked mostly with the youth but have also taught classes to adults as well. Right now I am a counselor to the Bishop. The best callings have been the ones when I have felt I have made a difference in the lives of others. You obviously don't need to be perfect to serve in the Church. I am living proof of that. I think we learn the most when we teach others.
