Hi I'm Fran

I'm the VIPSVolunteers In Public Schools President at my childrens school. I'm a southern girl. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a single mother of three children. I do odd jobs, living out my dream of being a stay at home, until my youngest goes to school next fall. I love to scrapbook and volunteer at my children's school.

Why I am a Mormon

When I joined the church, about 15 years ago, I was looking for answers to gospel questions that no one could answer completely for me. After taking the discussions with the missionaries a lot of my questions were answered so I was baptized. Since joining the Church I have come to love my Heavenly Father in a way I could have never imagined. I have an amazing testimony of the attonement and the chance we all have to start each day new if we let it work in our lives. I am grateful for a loving Heavenly Father that knows I love Him and He loves me. I know that as I make mistakes I can repent and forsake my sin so that I can return to Him someday. I am grateful for the knowledge I have that I am His daughter and that one of my choice blessings in this life is being a mother is His children. I am grateful for modern day Prophets who guide Heavenly Father's children in the ways we can all return to live eternal lives as families.

How I live my faith

I feel that the greatest thing we do, as children of a loving Heavenly Father, is care for each other. I live to serve my fellow man(or woman). I volunteer at my children's school. I cook meals for those I feel may need a hand. We do not always have to wait until we are asked to serve. I strive to see a need and work to fill it if it is within my means. "To whom much is given, much is required."

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

For sure not! All of us on this earth are children of a Loving Heavenly Father. We are commanded to serve one another. The scriptures tell us that as we serve each other we are serving our God. Show more Show less
