Hi I'm Kylee

I am majoring in Exercise and Sports Science. I love doing things outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Kylee and I am currently in college, majoring in Exercise and Sports Science. I love sports! I play soccer, basketball, and golf, and I enjoy watching all other sports. I really like spending time with my family, reading, and watching movies with my friends. I've moved many times because of my dad's job, but I have loved meeting new people everywhere I go!

Why I am a Mormon

Both of my parents have been Mormon their whole lives, and so have I. I used to be a member just because my whole family is, but as I have gone to college I have gained my own personal testimony of the truthfulness of this church. I know that this is the true church and that I am so blessed to be a member of it. I am grateful to have the opportunity to have a living prophet on the earth to give us counsel. I am so thankful for the atonement and the important role it plays in everyone's lives. I know Christ is my savior and that He loves me.

How I live my faith

I actively go to church every Sunday. Since I am a young single adult and live in a smaller community, I attend a Single's Branch. I love going and being able to talk to everyone because they are all so nice. I love attending the activities that we have every week, and meeting the new people that come to them!

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

No Mormon is required to serve a mission. Young men are strongly encouraged to go when they reach the age of nineteen, and girls may go when they are twenty one. Married couples also have the opportunity to serve a mission together when they are older. Serving a mission provides a wonderful opportunity to go preach the gospel, gain a stronger testimony, and have some life changing experiences. Show more Show less
