Hi I'm Amber

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 22 years old, working on a Masters Degree and working full time as an accountant. I have lived in Utah my entire life and have had the opportunity to make lasting friendships with others from several countries around the world. I enjoy any activity that involves being outdoors. I love spending time with friends and trying to help those around me to become the person that our Heavenly Father wants them to be.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because of the joy and peace that I find from following the teachings of the LDS religion. Life is not always easy, but because I know that I am loved by a Heavenly Father, I am able to press forward having faith that in the end everything will work out the way that it should. I often think about who Heavenly Father wants me to become. I know that I can only reach my true potential through applying the principles from the gospel. I know that it is because of our Savior, Jesus Christ, that we are able to become perfected and to be able to live with our Heavenly Father once more. Our Heavenly Father loves us and all of His children. Because of this love he has sent a prophet to guide and direct us on the Earth today. Along with following the teachings of the prophet, the gift of the Holy Ghost allows us to receive daily guidance and strength to help us stay true to our covenants. I love this church and the principles it teaches that allow me to make the necessary changes in order to become more like our Savior and Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be an example to all of those around me. I help to plan stake and ward activities that allow those around me to have an enjoyable time while maintaing their standards. I love visting teaching sisters in my ward and getting to know and love them. I also love being visit taught and feeling the love the Lord has for me through my visiting teachers.
