Hi I'm Andrew

I grew up in a small farming community in Idaho. I am a veteran, a student, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

After graduating High School, I joined the United States Navy. I worked in law enforcement, and have visited countries all over the world, including Spain, France, Greece, and Bahrain. I enjoy hunting, fishing, riding four wheelers, movies, video games, and I LOVE boats.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this Church is true. I know that Joseph Smith was called by God to restore the original church of Jesus Christ back to the earth. I know that it is only through the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ that we can return to our Heavenly Father's presence, and live with our families for eternity.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always striving to set an example of Christian living. In the Navy, I was quickly identified as a Mormon, because I didn't smoke, drink, or use foul language. I have served in many positions in the church. I have taught the youth, and Sunday School. Since finishing my mission in Alabama, I have started school at BYU-Idaho, and continue to serve in numerous capacities in the church.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Andrew
I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is led by a living Prophet today. He is Thomas S. Monson, President of the Church, and Prophet of God. Whenever I hear him speak, or read his words in a church magazine, the Holy Spirit whispers to me that he has been called of God as a Prophet for our day. Show more Show less
