Hi I'm Staci

I grew up in Phoenix. We are now raising our family in the southeast. I love to quilt. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I met my husband in college. We've been married 25 years. I am a mom of five wonderful kids. I have two sons serving as missionaries. I have 3 kids at home: one in high school, one in middle school and one in elementary school. Most days I am shuttling kids to practices and games. I like to cook. I like to be organized. I absolutely love to quilt.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon family. As I started my own family, I wanted to raise my children with these same values. Families are a big focus in the Church. We teach our children gospel principles, we have Family Home Evening, we read the scriptures together at night. As we have taught these principles to our children and do our best to live by these gospel principles, we are a happy family. We love having the gospel in our lives to keep us focused on what matters most. We believe we are here on earth for a purpose, and that through our righteous living and through the Atonement of Christ, we can be together in the next life as a family. That is what we want most, and that is why we love the gospel.

How I live my faith

I teach Sunday School to the adults. I study and read the scriptures to prepare to teach others the gospel. I am learning so much as I prepare each lesson. It is such a blessing in my personal life to be able to strengthen my own testimony as I prepare to teach each lesson.
