Hi I'm Jared

I grew up in America, I love to swim, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

As a teenager I loved to hang out with my friends, and spend lots and lots of time at the pool. I'm not super athletic so I never swam as a sport, but instead swim for my own personal work out, and mainly just for fun. My Family has 8 people in it and I absolutely love spending time with them. I'm a scholar, but currently serving as a missionary in the Taiwan Taichung mission.

Why I am a Mormon

My family since I was small has always been a Mormon, but I don't think that really defines why I am still at this time a Mormon. I've always kind of had some belief in our Heavenly Father, but it was not until I put forth effort to be obedient that I really saw the difference. As a youth I started to really follow our living prophet Thomas Monson. And once a man starts to live the word of God through His chosen prophet they will come to a knowledge of the truthfulness of this message. That is exactly what happened with me - I started to read the scriptures daily, I prayed frequently, I followed his council to serve a mission and it has truly changed my life. Every thing he says now has now become a blessing to my life. Commandments that used to be annoying I now see as a wonderful blessing.

How I live my faith

24 hours a day 7 days a week I serve as a full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday saints. I talk with everyone about Christ, I encourage others to do the small things in order to know the truth that Christ lives and His gospel has been restored through the prophet Joseph Smith.
