Hi I'm Martin Andrew

About Me

I'm an husband, father and engineer. I graduated with a PhD from Cambridge University. I enjoy reading history books and watching cartoons with my kids.

Why I am a Mormon

One of the important teachings of the church is that families can be together for eternity. This is made possible by the atonement and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I believe that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints explains fully our purpose in life and Heavenly Father's plan for us. When I was young and first read the Book of Mormon it helped me understand about the role of Jesus Christ and what he has done for us and what we must do to return to God. These are some of the reasons why I am a mormon.

How I live my faith

I find reading the Book of Mormon and following the principles it teaches about Jesus Christ a real help in living my life. I help out with the running of my local congregation and enjoy interacting with its members.

Are Mormons Christians?

Martin Andrew
Yes. The term Mormon comes from an ancient prophet on the American continent who abridged a record known as The Book of Mormon, which is another testimony of Jesus Christ. The central message of the "Mormon' church is the gospel of Jesus Christ and that through him we can return to our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
