Hi I'm Robert S.

I'm a Dad, a husband, and incurably creative. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student of animation, but also dabble in graphic and web design, comic book creation, music composition, and writing. I am excited to be on the other side of school to have more time for creating.

Why I am a Mormon

Because time and time again Heavenly Father sends me messages, feelings that resonate in my heart and tell me that this is the truth.

How I live my faith

I read the Bible and the Book of Mormon to understand Heavenly Father's plan for me and to be a better husband and father. I try to follow the example of Jesus Christ to love and serve others.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Robert S.
The only way to know for sure if anything is true is to ask God. He loves us all and will guide us if we ask him to. I recommend finding a quiet place where you can pray without being interrupted, then kneel down and pour your heart out to Heavenly Father. If you pray sincerely and really want to know that answer, God will send you feelings of peace, warmth, happiness, and love to tell you what is right. You might have felt these feelings on this web site, and that's how God is communicating to you that this is the truth. Show more Show less

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Robert S.
Yes, absolutely. That's the main point of the temples that we build. It's in these sacred buildings that we make covenants with Heavenly Father that allow us to live with our families for all of eternity. Thankfully, Heavenly Father extends this blessing to those who have died without receiving it. We can go to the temple to perform these covenants vicariously for deceased ancestors, thus extending the possibility of eternal life for their families as well if they choose to accept it.
