Hi I'm Sam Zollman

Grew up and still live in a small rural town in northeastern Indiana. Currently working on earning a degree.

About Me

I am have been married to my lovely wife since 2008, so not that long. We have 2 beautiful daughters, and son, that are keeping us very busy. It is definitely a challenge to be a father, student, provider, soldier, and husband all at the same time, but it is worth seeing my wife and children smile and know that I am setting an example for my children to never stop growing and learning. I have been in the National Guard going on 14 years. I feel it has been a great achievement to serve my community and country for so long. I have enjoyed the experience and growth of being a soldier. Because of the army I have improved many of my technical skills and made many lasting friendships. Those whom I have served with have blessed my life, helped to become a better me.

Why I am a Mormon

Yes, I was raise in this church, but like most that I know, after so many years I had to make the decision on my own to stay in the church or change the direction of my life.

How I live my faith

I one word service! The more I serve other the more happiness I feel. The more happiness I feel the easier it is to serve. I also live my faith by learning about my Savior. I study the scriptures, read the words and revelations of the prophets and record my thoughts and feelings so if I ever do forget them I can always go back and remind myself of the love I have felt as I studied.
