Hi I'm Jeff

I'm a Mormon and I LOVE IT!!!

About Me

I'm Italian, I'm a husband of a wonderful wife and a father of 3 beautiful daughters. I converted from catholism to the Mormon church when I was 13 years old. I work in the computer industry. I love electronics, gadgets, and reading reviews on new technologies.   I owned a driver's education business for 8 years. I also owned a small automotive expediting company for about 4 years. Most of my business experience came while attending school and working full-time. I like to stay busy. In my younger days I use to bowl all the time. I use to work at a bowling Alley and spent much of my time there. I use to bowl up 40 games a day and over a 100 games a week. In 1983 I bowled a 300 game.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a happy catholic growing up. I had wonderful parents who taught me about God and Christ. We would attend church as a family off and on. All my relatives are Catholic. Life was fine. Then later my sister was studying the Book of Mormon. She started to share some of the things that she was reading to my mom. We really started to become concerned for her. She was talking about Lamanites and Nephites. Then she started to tell us that the book was true and we needed to have the missionaries over. We were very concerned for her. I remember going into her bedroom with my brothers looking for this Book of Mormon. We were going to throw it out so she would stop reading it. We were going to save my sister from those weird Mormons. Well we didn't find the book. My sister was becoming more bold and pleading more and more. She would literally be crying as she asked my parents to have the missionaries over. The only way to save her was to invite the missionaries over and prove them wrong and then she would return to normal and so would our family. They came and we blasted them with every question we could think of. They were kind, patient, and tended to all our questions. There was a special spirit that was present. We all felt it and really couldn't deny it. We invited them back to answer more questions and tell them we had read the material. Each time they came we felt something special. They invited us to come to church. So we would attend Mass on Saturday Evening and then attend the Mormon church on Sunday.  After studyingl, pondering and praying each of us one by one wanted to get baptized. This was the greatest decision I have ever made. It has blessed my life eternally. I am so happy to be a Mormon. I wanted everyone else to have this joy so in 1980 I went on a mission to California Anahiem to share the good tidings of the restored church of Christ.

How I live my faith

I currently serve in the church in a position that allow me to work with members and missionaries in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. I get to see people who are seeking for truth come unto Christ. I get to see changes in people. It is as if they shed the old person and become new people full of joy and happiness.
