Hi I'm Cameron Paul

About Me

I'm the typical guy. First and foremost I am a Husband and a father. I married my sweetheart in the year of 2000. Now it's 10 years and four awesome boys later, and I still love her guts. I am now a journeyman electrician. I do the comercial side of construction, and I really enjoy it. The bigger the building the better. My family and I enjoy pretty much everything outdoors. Camping, hunting. As long as we can do it together. I also enjoy golfing, I just wish I could do it more.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I did all the things a typical Mormon boy does, bapized, recieved the priesthood, went to seminary. Then it came time for me to make the choice to serve a mission. I needed to know for myself if it was true. At the end of the Book of Mormon there is a promise written by the prophet Moroni that promises us we we read it, we can pray to God to know if it is true. He has answered my prayer over and over again. From the simple feelings I have had in my heart, to the miracles I have wittnessed. I have not been a perfect man, and have had to rely on the atonement my savior has made possible for me. Jesus Christ is the greatest man to live on this earth. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has many sources to help us to understand our savior. The Old and New Testements of the Bible, The Book of Mormon Another Testement of Jesus Christ, and living prophets called by God to teach his word.

How I live my faith

There are a lot of little things I do. In my home I read the scriptures. I read with my family, not all but most night before we go to bed. We have family prayer often. And we take time to have family home evening in which we teach the basic principles of Jesus Christ, play a game, and eat a treat together. Every sunday we go to church where my wife and I teach a primary class the stories of the Bible.
