Hi I'm Dennis

and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an ex-missionary, former Marine and current husband and father. I enjoy small town living, astronomy, martial arts and soccer.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because in the church I have found a treasure, not of material wealth, but of spiritual value. In simple terms, I know this gospel is true.

How I live my faith

As part of a small community, church service has taken a great part of my last 15 years. From visiting the poor and the widow to doing work with the Boy Scouts and the Youth Soccer League, there is always someone who needs a hand.

How does the Church finance its operations?

When the church built a chapel for our small branch, a Pastor friend of mine asked, how it was possible for us being so small to have built a chapel. I explained how our faith in the law of tithing allowed for congregations as small as ours, to benefit from blessings otherwise unattainable. All tithing is collected and sent to church headquarters, where it is then distributed according to the needs of members all over the world. Show more Show less
