Hi I'm Patrick Hazelton

I'm a Mormon. I enjoy Hunting, Fishing , and reading a good book. I also live with a disability but I don't let it define who I am

About Me

I enjoy hunting and fishing. I also enjoy music . I am an avid reader, and I am currently researching to start my own business.

Why I am a Mormon

well, I was raised in the church, but I continue to be active in the church because of the peace, stability , and blessing I have received from living its teachings. I am by no means a perfect person, but the gospel of Jesus christ with its standards and truths fulfills my life and makes me a better, more complete person, and the happiness it brings surpasses all understanding. I know God lives, I know Joseph Smith was his prophet to restore all things to earth. I know most importantly that Thomas S. Monson is the Lords living prophet today through whom priesthood power and authority flows and God continues to speak to man on earth today.

How I live my faith

I Currently serve as a member of the Branch Presidency in my home branch. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve others and learn from them.

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Patrick Hazelton
Mormons believe in the doctrine of grace as many other cristian religions in the world do. We know and understand that it is only through the grace and mercy of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ that we can receive Eternal Life, ( Life with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ), but our view differs from most protestant religions because while we know we can do nothing completely of ourselves, we also know that we are required to do our part to make the atonement fully effective in our lives. We are expected to make and keep certain covenants, such as baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and doing our very best to keep all of heavenly Fathers commandments, repenting when we fall short and relying on Christ grace.
