Hi I'm Dan Kenning

I'm proud to be a Mormon and would love to share my testimony with you.

About Me

I am in my forties, I am married and I have 4 boys. I was raised by good parents who taught me to have high standards and to love God. I have tried to be a good father and husband and give them more than I recieved. I love sports, outdoor activities and going to the beach. I find happiness in serving my family members and enjoy the greatest amount of happiness when they're happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was taught it's principle and doctrines as a youth. As I got older I realized the importance of having my own personal beliefs. I studied, lived and pondered the teachings of the Mormon church and then took it to the Lord. I testify that he answered my prayers and I now enjoy a strong testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I am now called to be Bishop for a local ward. I have had many callings that include working in our Youth programs, Home Teaching and serving a Mission. It is important to know that a testimony of the Lords only true church is not enough. We must be willing to serve and strengthen others. I am so grateful for all of the blessings in my life, I believe that they are given to us by Heavenly Father. Because I know this, my service becomes true happiness in my heart and mind. We all can have happiness in our life despite trials by living His teachings and bringing our lives in alignment with His.
