Hi I'm Stephen Morgan

I'm an Idaho farm boy that ended up in Phoenix, I'm married and have six children, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a small potato farm in southern Idaho with great parents, two brothers and four sisters. My mother died when I was 16 and when my Dad remarried we added another Mom and five more sisters to our family. I have been married to the most wonderful woman for 41 years. We have six children, all married, and twelve grandchildren. Over the years I have worked as a controller and CFO for computer, manufacturing and construction companies.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and my Savior and Redeemer. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormon Church) has helped me develop my relationship with Him. I believe that God loves me and cares about what I do with my life. Being a Mormon helps me to know how God wants me to live and what God wants me to do.

How I live my faith

Because each of us is a son or daughter of God, I try to always be kind to everyone. I attend church on Sunday and try to be faithful in my church duties and assignments. I take time everyday to pray and study the scriptures. I currently serve as a Bishop in the Church and find great joy in that service.
