Hi I'm Milan

About Me

I enjoy having life and life more abundantly John 10 10. I love basking with GOD in His glorious creation, the great outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I just want to add that "Mormon" means more good. That is what GOD is all about.

How I live my faith

I have adopted this policy: I am here to serve. I am here to love. I feel by doing this I do as the Savior said, John 8: 29 29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone for I do always those things that please him. I try to mainly serve God doing what he does, to the church, my family, friends, neighbors and all those I meet as found through the scriptures, ancient and modern. I particularly like teaching moments when I can teach people about things that I have learned in the scriptures that are important to me or may be especially useful or interesting to them. I have an assignment to visit other young single adults and share with them my love of many things like: the teachings of Jesus Christ and they themselves. I am encouraged to do so at least monthly, its a great opportunity to serve and give.

Why is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints called Mormons or Mormonism?

Mormon simply means more good. The name came most relatively from the transcriber of a book derived from the golden plates called, "The Book of Mormon." It was a name mostly wide spread by those not numbered with the early church simply a nickname that has been adopted to help identify the Church. The official name however was given by the Lord, Jesus Christ. That official name is "My (His- meaning GOD's) Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (See http://www.lds.org/scriptures/dc-testament/dc/115.4?lang=eng). Show more Show less
