Hi I'm Clement

I'm a physics student from France. I love to study science. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student. I have always been fascinated by the sky and the stars since my childhood. I even wanted to be an astronaut. Now I want to become a researcher. I want to watch the stars and discover what the they are still hiding. I think that the universe is a wonderful place where we can learn a lot about ourselves and contemplate the God's beautiful creation. I like sports and enjoy practicing it. I like reading and learning about our world. I believe it is good to be informed about our home, Earth and share what we know with other people.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family. It has been a huge blessing in my life. As I grew up and went through challenges, I came to appreciate the knowledge that I received from my parents. I was taught that family can be eternal and that we can find lasting happiness in this life. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to know if all of this was true and there was no doubt in my heart. I knew that I was at the right place. I could feel his love as an answer to my questions. Since this experience, I came to appreciate even more all that God has done for me. I can feel that he has a plan for me, that he sent his son Jesus Christ on Earth for me and that he has prepared many other wonderful things for me in this life and in the future one.

How I live my faith

I live in a student community and we meet at Church every Sunday. It's a very special day for me because I can take a day off from work and study, and take the time to worship God and learn more about Christ's teachings with other students that have similar challenges than mine. I even have the opportunity to teach and share my experiences. The ability to share my testimony and my feelings for God and Christ plays a big role in my faith. Along with Sunday services, I participate in a hometeaching program where I get to visit and serve on a monthly basis other students in my community. I believe that this is way that I can show love to God by serving and taking care of some of his children. For me, my faith can only be strong when I read the word of God. I read the Book of Mormon everyday. It allows me to be closer to my Savior. I also study the New Testament a lot. Christ's teachings are very important in my life. They bring peace and by following them, I know my faith grows stronger.
