Hi I'm Brett

I have a beautiful wife and six wonderful children who make me happy each and every day! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and a dad. My wife and I have six children who keep us busy. Our kids are very busy in their school and activities. We recently purchased a small farm and raise a small herd of beef cattle. I am a natural resource manager for a federal agency. I have a BS degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration. I enjoy my work very much - especially that it allows for me to spend time in the outdoors. I have moved from place to place around this great country all of my life. It is a beautiful and diverse land and I am proud of my heritage. I'm proud to call America my home.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of this church all of my life. I am a member of this Church because it offers me more than just a place to socialize. There is truth here - deep truth. And the more I am willing to learn, the more there is to learn about things that matter. I know that this Church is the true church of Jesus Christ. I have been given this knowledge through the Spirit of Christ and cannot deny this reality. I know God lives and Jesus is the Christ. I know - and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as the Branch President of our local congregation of about 240 members. This calling is much like that of a pastor in other faiths. It is a humbling experience to have such a great responsibility.
