Hi I'm Greg

I'm a Mormon. I grew up on a cattle ranch in a small community in northwestern Utah called Park Valley.

About Me

I have been married to a great lady for nearly forty-four years. She and I are parents of four wonderful children and grandparents of twenty beautiful grandchildren. At this point in my life, my family is the center of my life and the source of my greatest joy. I recently retired from a career in agricultural lending. I am an avid horseman and I own an excellent buckskin cow horse. I have been involved in production agriculture all of my life and I have a great love of the farming and livestock industries.

Why I am a Mormon

My life has been blessed by serving and following the Savior, Jesus Christ. His invitation, "Come, follow me," resonates with me and beckons me to try in my weak way each day to become a little more like Him. I love His marvelous teachings in the Bible and in the Book of Mormon, which is another testament and witness of the Savior, Jesus Christ. Through these great repositories of truth, I have found the peace and comfort promised when we follow His strait and narrow way. Christ truly is the way, the truth and the life. I love Him with all of my heart and soul.

How I live my faith

I'm an ordinary person born to great parents. Though my dad was not active in the Church in my youth, he was an honorable, hard-working man. I was fortunate as a young man to be called as a missionary for the LDS Church. I have had many opportunities to teach and lead youth and adults throughout my life. These opportunities to serve have been wonderful opportunities of growth and satisfaction. I recently received another mission call to serve with my sweet wife for a couple of years in another area of the country. After many years of marriage, family-raising, and service in community and church, we have come to realize that the greatest joy in life comes from serving and connecting with others.
