Hi I'm JaLee

I'm a Wife, Mother, Family History Nut, Real Estate Broker and...I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am happily married and have 2 sons. We recently had an addition to our family (our oldest son got married) and we now have a daughter! My greatest joy is my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is his true church restored on the earth today. Because I am a member of his church, I know who I am, where I've come from and why I am here. I know what my purpose in this life is. I know that I am a child of God and have the ability to become like him. I know that by following Jesus's commandments and living his gospel I can return and live with him again. His plan has provided the way. I know that when I follow Jesus's example, I am happy and my life is filled with joy and peace. He is my Savior.

How I live my faith

I work with the youth in my church. I love teaching the youth because they keep me young! There is so much joy that comes from watching them learn and grow in all aspects of their life. They are amazing! I love seeing them learn to apply the principles of the gospel in their own lives and reap the benefits of peace and joy!

Are Mormons Christians?

Yes, Mormons are Christians. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Creator. When Jesus lived on the earth, He led a perfect life and taught by word and example how we should live together in love. We believe that throught Christ's Atonement, we can be saved from our sins as we follow Him. Each week at church as we worship Him, we renew our promise to always remember Him and keep His commandments. We love Jesus Christ. He is our Savior and Redeemer. Mormons are Christians! What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

We believe that God is literally the Father of our spirits. We are his spirit children and we are made in His image. We lived with Him before we came to earth and we know that by following His plan, we can live with Him again and become like Him. We know that He knows and loves us each individually. He knows our names. He knows our heartaches, hopes, disappointments and joys. We know that He is always available to us, and will always be there to strengthen and lift us. He is only a prayer away.
