Hi I'm Justin

About Me

I am a husband to a wonderful wife and a father to two (almost three) children. I enjoy being with my family, watching movies, playing sports and games, being outdoors, and having fun. I just finished graduate school and am a physical therapist.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up Mormon and have always had the Church in my life. Through experiences throughout my life in church lessons, in seminary classes, and as a missionary for the Church I have felt the powerful witness of the Holy Spirit testify that it is true. Since my mission I have felt those feelings on numerous occasions. I have felt that Spirit testify as I've read the Book of Mormon, and know that it is a true book. The restored gospel helps me to every day want to be a better person and more importantly, a better disciple of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I serve in our local ward in whatever assignment I'm asked to do. I am privileged to be a home teacher and visit the homes of some of the families in our ward on a regular basis. Most importantly, I try everyday to be the best person I can be and follow the teachings of our Savior Jesus Christ and his restored gospel.

Are Mormons Christians?

Mormons are undoubtedly Christians. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that only through Him do we gain salvation. We believe that through his Atonement we can be forgiven of our sins, that through his Resurrection we will all live again, and that by living his gospel we can be with those we love forever. As the Book of Mormon teaches, "we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins."
