Hi I'm Breanna

I grew up in Idaho. I've written for six different magazines. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a recent college graduate, living in Utah with my husband while he finishes school. I love to write and have dreams of publishing books one day.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, but decided as a teenager that I needed to find out for myself if the Church was true. As I read the Book of Mormon and acted on the things I was learning, I gained my own witness that this really is the Church of Jesus Christ restored to Earth. I came to know through prayer that Joseph Smith was a prophet and that we are led by a living prophet today, and that knowledge enriches every aspect of my life.

How I live my faith

I teach the nursery in my ward, and I love teaching the small children about Jesus Christ. Helping them to understand basic gospel principles helps me better understand how to live the gospel.

Who are the Mormons?

"Mormons" are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We were given the nickname because we believe in the Book of Mormon and believe it to be the word of God and a second witness to the things the Bible teaches. Show more Show less

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

If you discovered the most delicious food in the world, you would want to share it with others so they could enjoy it, too, right? Mormon missionaries proselyte for the same reason—because the gospel of Jesus Christ has made them so happy that they want to share it with others. Show more Show less
